About
Over 15 years private and public sector experience in Architecture, Design and 3D Modeling. A large portion was drawing architectural designs including plans, elevations and sections, from commercial and industrial to residential and domestic structures. Responsibilities including surveying, design, construction detailing and project management using a wide range of software from 2d to 3d animation, rendering and photorealism. Personal time has always been spent exploring new software and ways of approaching projects. Always keen to experiment with new software to explore its capabilities.

The majority of my career has taken me within a similar circle of definition, which by default led me to focus and become experienced in these major fileds.
Skills are developed over time and i believe each day brings new challenges. Only so much can be learnt through a class but the extra little skills come with every new project being being different and the clients requests. Everyone has their own unique way of saving time to produce the projects on time. Additional skills worthy but not highlighted include Microsoft documents, Revit Architecture, HTML, CSS and AWS, of which this website is written and hosted on.

In addition to the main skills, I believe these other points should be added. Video composition and rendered animations have always been a passion, the acquirement of such powerful processors hasn't been easy. I have a great desire to fully learn VR/AG and robotic technologies.

Pre 2005
Various segments of short term work whilst building my cv with companies such as Powell Dobson and Wiley Fox. 2003 was spent travelling and working in Australia. My first job was when i was 7 years old and wasn't shy of anything that came my way from gardening and paper boy to sales and telephone support work.

Just for fun, a few things but to mention a few that have occured over the years.
Who would have thought...
Our team took ourselves to the rugby Hong Kong 10's tournament. Saudi Arabia needed an extra player and today i own an International cap for them.
All that lycra...
Jumped on road bike and never looked back. From 300km races around the Welsh hills to climbing the heights of the Col Du Galibier. Who needs a car when a bike can cost just much to maintain.
Sometimes it's who you know...
A connection allowed me to try out for the UK skeleton Olympic team. I passed obviously (curious smile) but against my better judgement the commitment of time and uncertainty of funding forced me to continue on my current course.
